Position Summary:
The Senior Social Media Specialist will oversee EyeCarePros social media strategies focusing on both paid and organic content across platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter TikTok and YouTube. This role is essential in building our brand voice fostering community engagement and driving conversions and lead generation through targeted social media campaigns. Using datadriven insights the specialist will continuously refine strategies to align with business objectives and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals blending paid and organic tactics.
    • Ensure alignment with EyeCarePros brand identity and target audience across multiple platforms.
  2. Paid Social Campaign Management:

    • Plan execute and optimize costeffective paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness drive lead generation and enhance conversions.
    • Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign impact and conduct audience research to tailor content.
  3. Content Creation and Curation:

    • Oversee the creation scheduling and posting of highquality content including images videos GIFs infographics and written posts.
    • Ensure a consistent brand voice and tailor content for platformspecific engagement.
  4. Campaign Management:

    • Lead social media campaigns from conception through execution including influencer partnerships and organic engagement strategies.
    • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that enhance reach engagement and conversions across both paid and organic channels.
  5. Community Management and Engagement:

    • Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments handling customer inquiries and encouraging positive conversations.
    • Integrate paid and organic community engagement efforts to maximize brand reach and positive sentiment.
  6. Social Media Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track analyze and report on social media performance using insights to optimize both paid and organic strategies.
    • Ensure datadriven continuous improvement to enhance performance and engagement.
  7. Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

    • Stay updated on social media trends platform updates and emerging tools.
    • Experiment with new features content formats and engagement tactics to keep EyeCarePros social presence fresh and relevant.
  8. CrossFunctional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing content design and product teams to ensure social media initiatives support broader marketing strategies.
    • Share performance insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  9. Brand Advocacy and Reputation Management:

    • Monitor brand mentions and industry trends managing the online reputation proactively.
    • Engage with usergenerated content and foster positive brand interactions.
  10. Budget and Resource Management:

    • Efficiently manage the social media budget including paid campaigns and influencer partnerships to ensure high ROI.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Social Media Strategy Expertise: Demonstrated experience in creating multiplatform social media strategies that enhance brand engagement and conversions. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices across platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok YouTube).
  • Content Creation and Curation: Skilled in diverse content formats including visual and written media. Proficiency in tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or video editing software (Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
  • Paid Social Media Management: Experience managing paid campaigns (Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads Instagram Ads etc.) including budget management audience targeting and A/B testing.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Knowledgeable in audience insights retargeting and segmentation to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media Analytics: Proficient in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics platformspecific insights) to track and optimize social media performance.
  • Trend and Innovation Awareness: Ability to stay ahead of social media trends leveraging new tools and formats for continuous innovation.

Experience

  • 57 Years of Social Media Experience: Proven track record of managing multiplatform social media strategies for brands with a focus on both organic and paid social media.
  • DataDriven Social Media Management: Experience in using data insights to shape strategies and adjust in realtime for optimization.
  • Global or LargeScale Campaigns: Preferable experience managing largescale or global campaigns with adaptable content for diverse audiences.
  • Paid Social Expertise: 35 years of managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok focused on driving conversions and growth.
