Role Overview:
Join as an Outpatient Plastic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner). This dynamic outpatient role focuses on delivering exceptional care to plastic surgery patients including preop assessments postop care and officebased procedures. With four clinic days per week (MondayFriday) this position offers a mix of handson patient care and essential documentation work to ensure seamless care delivery. Responsibilities include crafting detailed clinic notes educating patients and supporting clinical programs. Collaborate closely with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional care.
Key Qualifications:
For Physician Assistant (PA):
- Graduate from an accredited PA Program.
- NCCPA certification.
- Active New Jersey license or eligibility for state licensure.
- 2 years of clinic/outpatient experience as an APP in Plastic Surgery (preferred).
- ACLS/BLS certification.
For Nurse Practitioner (NP):
- Current New Jersey RN and NP license/registration.
- Masters degree in nursing with prescriptive privileges.
- 2 years of clinic/outpatient experience as an APP in Plastic Surgery (preferred).
- Related National NP certification.
- ACLS/BLS certification.
