Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
AIDriven Solution Design:
o Lead the design of AIbased solutions within Salesforce especially focusing on integrating Generative AI into Agentforce to enhance customer service automation and agent productivity.
o Develop scalable architecture models that support generative AI tools like Einstein GPT LLM (large language models) and other AI capabilities within Salesforce.
Generative AI Integration:
o Drive the integration of Salesforce s AI capabilities with existing Salesforce modules such as Service Cloud Sales Cloud and custom Agentforce applications.
o Work with AI technologies to design and build conversational agents virtual assistants and other AIdriven applications that optimize agent workflows and customer interactions.
AI & Automation Strategy:
Strategic Implementation:
o Lead the development of AI strategies that enhance business capabilities using Salesforce AI tools including automation of customer service functions knowledge management and AIdriven recommendations.
o Ensure alignment of generative AI solutions with business objectives and industry best practices for AI adoption.
Use Case Development:
o Identify and prioritize AI use cases that provide maximum value for customer service and support teams using Agentforce focusing on automating repetitive tasks enhancing personalization and improving response times.
Technical Leadership:
Architecture Governance:
o Ensure best practices in AI architecture design including scalability security performance and compliance with an emphasis on data privacy and AI ethics.
o Provide technical leadership across AI initiatives ensuring that solutions are robust compliant and adhere to the organizations standards and regulations.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
o Collaborate with product managers data scientists AI engineers and Salesforce developers to bring AIenabled solutions to life.
o Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams on AI adoption and the technical implementation of Agentforce AI solutions.
AI and Data Integration:
Data Strategy & Management:
o Oversee the integration of AI solutions with enterprise data sources to ensure the generative AI models have access to accurate realtime data.
o Ensure proper data governance ensuring AI models adhere to security compliance and data privacy requirements.
AI Model Optimization:
o Optimize the use of large language models (LLMs) for generating responses insights and automating interactions in the Agentforce ecosystem.
o Work closely with data scientists to finetune AI models ensuring relevance accuracy and efficiency in the context of customer interactions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Innovation Leadership:
o Stay current with the latest generative AI trends tools and technologies continuously improving solutions by integrating cuttingedge AI capabilities into Salesforce Agentforce.
o Explore new AI techniques such as natural language processing (NLP) machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) to advance Salesforce AI capabilities.
AI Adoption and Best Practices:
o Promote AI literacy and best practices within the organization providing strategic advice to business leaders on AI adoption and its longterm implications for customer service operations.
o Advocate for AIdriven innovation across business processes and functions.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
AI Experience:
o Extensive experience (5 years) in implementing AI solutions with specific experience in integrating generative AI (such as GPTbased models LLMs NLP) into enterprise systems.
o Proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI Salesforce Automation and AIpowered Agentforce solutions.
Salesforce Experience:
o Strong background in Salesforce architecture (5 years) with expertise in Service Cloud Sales Cloud or other Salesforce modules.
o Handson experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and integrations using Salesforce APIs.
Technical Skills:
Generative AI & LLM:
o Expertise in generative AI with experience deploying models such as GPT3/4 LLaMA or custom NLP models to automate and enhance business processes.
o Familiarity with AI development frameworks and cloudbased AI services (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch AWS SageMaker Google AI).
Salesforce Technologies:
o Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture customization and integration tools.
o Experience working with Einstein GPT and other AIbased Salesforce solutions.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certifications:
o Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect is highly preferred.
o Other certifications such as Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant are desirable.
AI/ML Certifications:
o AI certifications such as Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer AWS Certified Machine Learning or similar AI/ML credentials are advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership and collaboration skills to drive crossfunctional AI initiatives.
Strategic thinking to align AI solutions with longterm business goals.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in industries that rely heavily on customer support and service (e.g. telecom retail financial services) is advantageous.
Understanding of AIrelated compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA).
