Lovisa Opportunity:

As a Social Media Analyst & Creator at Lovisa you will play a key role in executing datadriven social media strategies that elevate the brands presence across global markets. You will work alongside the social team to identify emerging trends monitor performance metrics and provide insights that inform content creation and optimization strategies across TikTok Instagram Facebook and Pinterest. This role focuses on tracking social media performance analyzing content effectiveness and generating reports to help guide the teams creative and strategic decisions.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about analyzing trends in fashion jewelry and pop culture and who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment. You will work closely with the Head of Social Media Community Content Lead and the wider social team to ensure flawless execution of social media initiatives and drive Lovisas growth through datainformed insights.

• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics across all channels (TikTok Instagram Facebook Pinterest) with a focus on identifying trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and interpret data to drive insights that inform content planning timing and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Social Media and social team to ensure that content aligns with business objectives and performs optimally.
• Develop and manage social media performance reports highlighting key metrics such as engagement rates follower growth content reach and ROI.
• Stay ahead of social media trends algorithms and new tools to continuously improve Lovisas social media presence and effectiveness.
• Support the content team by contributing to the planning and execution of content calendars for multiple platforms.
• Ensure all social media content is properly tagged and published errorfree at optimal times.
• Track and report on influencer collaborations global product seeding and other social initiatives to measure their impact on brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Community Content Lead to manage audience engagement analyzing feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Lovisa Loves:A cando attitude with the following skills:

• 23 years of experience in social media analytics digital marketing or a similar role preferably within fashion beauty or retail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Dash Hudson Hootsuite) and an understanding of social platform algorithms.

• Proven experience managing content calendars and providing datadriven recommendations to optimize social strategies.
• Ability to craft engaging post copy including the use of relevant hashtags and SEOoptimized text to enhance reach.
• A deep understanding of social platforms particularly TikTok and Instagram with a track record of driving growth through social media insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear concise manner to key stakeholders.
• Passion for jewelry fashion and staying uptodate on the latest trends in social media and consumer behavior.
• Organized and detailoriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and innovative thinker who can take initiative and drive continuous improvement in social media performance.
