About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients identifying growth opportunities and managing existing accounts.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business prospects in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and represent the company at trade fairs and events.
- Assist in drafting proposals and managing order processes while coordinating with product management and technical departments.
- Oversee internal processes and support the development of tailored customer solutions through effective project management.
- Build and nurture longterm customer relationships including negotiating contract terms.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Business Administration or equivalent technical/commercial training.
- Initial experience in sales or customer service preferably in a B2B or automotive setting.
- Strong affinity for technical products and the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive selfmotivated and resultsdriven approach with a strong team spirit.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- High willingness to travel to support customers both domestically and internationally.
