As a Product Designer youll collaborate with our CEO product manager and engineers to craft intuitive impactful solutions that delight users and drive innovation.

What Youll Do:
- Shape the Product: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and execute design strategy and vision for new features and improvements.
- EndtoEnd Ownership: Lead design projects from concept to completion including user research wireframes prototypes and highfidelity visuals.
- Build Beautiful and Intuitive Interfaces: Create designs that simplify complex workflows and are delightful to use.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across our platform.
- Collaborate and Iterate: Participate in weekly design critiques usability testing and crossfunctional discussions to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Establish Culture: Help foster a designcentric culture within Buena and mentor others in the team to raise the bar on quality.
- Attention to Detail: Advocate for pixelperfect implementation and ensure the final product reflects the high standards of craftsmanship Buena is known for.
What Were Looking For:
- Passion for Design: You are deeply motivated to craft exceptional user experiences that solve real problems.
- Strong Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating highquality endtoend product design work in fastpaced environments.
- Proficiency with Tools: Expertise with Figma and familiarity with design systems prototyping and usability testing tools.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to think holistically about complex workflows and how individual components fit together.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers product managers and stakeholders.
- Technical Awareness: While coding is not required familiarity with technical constraints and opportunities is a big plus.
- High Standards: Relentless attention to detail and commitment to crafting exceptional user interfaces.
