Job Title: CT Technologist
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare the procedure room and patient for studies and clean the equipment after each use.
2. Educate patients about the procedure and answer any related questions.
3. Perform procedures according to established protocols.
4. Demonstrate competency on all general diagnostic imaging equipment in CT.
5. Ensure quality images for all completed procedures prior to releasing the patient.
6. Carry out duties and assume responsibility for portions of the quality assurance program.
7. Run a pending work report daily to ensure all exams have been properly charged.
8. Maintain adequate supplies and ensure the room is always ready to perform the required procedures.
9. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.
Required Education: Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
Required Credentials: DE RRT Cert ARRT Registered Technologist
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Radiology experience or new graduate with completion of accredited CT program. CT Scan experience preferred.
Shift: Days Evenings Full Time
