Starting base salary: $80K$100K

Sumarry

The ideal Architectural Millwork Production Manager has strong leadership experience. We are looking for someone with a background in custom milllwork manufacturing and production. The Architectural Millwork Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production process and supervising all team members on our Millwork Production floor. This position must be well versed in manufacturing and production. They are responsible for quality output and continuous process improvement to increase efficiencies on the production floor. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to lead and hold team members accountable.

Responsibilities
Quality Control Effective communication on drawing and work order issues to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations
Equipment Maintenance Follow standard operating procedures and managing scheduled maintenance
Safety Guidelines Enforced Monthly safety walks weekly toolbox talks and employee training
Production Schedules Manage production orders to hit budgeted time and meet deadlines

Lead Manage and hold employees accountable

Requirements
Plan reading (Architectural Drawings and Shop Drawings)

Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check
Experience with AutoCAD CNC 5Axis Cabinet Vision is a HUGE Plus!

2 years supervisory or leadership experience in a custom millwork MFG environment
Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles & 2year Technical College degree is a plus

5years construction or shop floor experience: Millwork wood products or job shop preferred
Technical aptitude
