About Wavess

Wavess is an AIdriven platform redefining B2B marketing. Although we started recently were growing fast attracting customers who love how we simplify their marketing efforts. To keep up with this growth were looking for a Customer Support Intern to help bridge the gap between our customers and our product team ensuring every need and request is addressed with care.

Please note that this is an unpaid position and no financial compensation will be provided. However you will gain invaluable experience in a fastgrowing startup working directly with product and customer teams building critical skills in customer success and gaining exposure to cuttingedge AI tools and startup operations.

Tasks

As a Customer Support Intern youll be at the heart of customer interaction and product improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs requirements and challenges.
  • Logging and analyzing customer requests to provide actionable insights to the product team.
  • Collaborating with the product and customer teams to ensure customer feedback is effectively implemented.
  • Helping customers with onboarding and ensuring they get the most out of Wavess.
  • Assisting in creating guides and FAQs to empower customers to selfserve when needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Marketing Communications Psychology or a related field.
  • A peopleoriented communicator who loves understanding and solving customer problems.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Detailoriented and organized with a proactive approach to tracking customer needs.
  • Comfortable working closely with crossfunctional teams including product development.
  • Techsavvy and adaptable with an eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
