Job Title: Branch Sales Manager
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Branch Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in financial products and an ability to lead a highperforming sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Generate leads through direct marketing referrals and channel partners.
- Ensure consistent revenue growth by crossselling and upselling financial products.

Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives ensuring performance targets are met.
- Provide training on product knowledge sales techniques and compliance.

Market Development:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the local market.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners including real estate agents developers and financial consultants.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Address customer queries related to Home Loans and LAP providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Branch Operations:
- Ensure compliance with company policies RBI norms and legal guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and handle endtoend loan processing for the branch.
