Job Description
Profile: Sales Manager Gold Loan
Location: Amritsar & Jalandhar (Punjab)
CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving gold loan sales managing the portfolio building customer relationships achieving business targets and ensuring compliance with company policies team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Evaluate gold assets verify documentation and ensure accurate loan processing.
- Promote gold loan products and crosssell other financial services like insurance and savings.
- Monitor loan repayments manage overdue accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage team of 45 RMs
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4 years in gold loans or financial services preferred.
- Skills:
- Expertise in gold valuation and loan processing.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office.
KPIs:
- Loan disbursement and recovery performance.
- Customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Achievement of sales targets and crossselling goals.
