Job Description
Profile: Design Engineer
Experience: 03 to 04 years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed engineering plans and designs for solar projects in the C&I and community solar sectors.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
Collaborate with project managers construction teams and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar systems ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after project implementation.
Utilize software tools for system design perfo2.rmance analysis and project management.
Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar engineering with a focus on C&I and community solar projects.
Proficiency in solar design software (e.g. PVsyst AutoCAD Helioscope).
Strong understanding of electrical systems renewable energy technologies and grid integration.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
