Alphanext is looking for servicenow functional analyst with minium of 6 years experience as Servicenow consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect analyze and document business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Recommend and implement valueadded solutions to meet organizational needs.

Functional Design and Configuration:
- Assist in the basic configuration of various ServiceNow modules including ITSM CSM PA Integration Hub and FSM.
- Document functional specifications for system corrections and communicate them effectively to developers.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Execute and document unit and acceptance tests to ensure solution integrity.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing and deployment.

User Training and Support:
- Prepare and provide user training on implemented projects and system enhancements.
- Offer postimplementation support to ensure smooth transition and adoption.

Project Execution and Deployment:
- Identify appropriate deployment strategies and participate in successful project rollouts.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and followups for projects and system improvements.

Integration and Interoperability:
- Maintain a strong understanding of integration concepts with other software and ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analysis documentation and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Functional expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM CSM PA Integration Hub and FSM.
- Strong ability to document functional specifications and collaborate with developers.
- Proficiency in unit testing acceptance testing and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in user training postimplementation support and project monitoring.
- Strong understanding of software integration concepts.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
