About the Role:
As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining highnetworth clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients understand their financial needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify prospect and acquire highnetworth individuals and corporate clients.
- Leverage networking referrals and cold calling to generate leads.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Understand clients financial goals risk tolerance and investment preferences.
- Provide timely and accurate financial advice and recommendations.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Product Consultation:
- Educate clients on a range of investment products including equities derivatives mutual funds and fixed income instruments.
- Provide expert advice on portfolio management asset allocation and risk management.
- Help clients make informed investment decisions.
- Business Development:
- Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of financial markets investment products and economic trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Min Graduate.
- NISM certification (Series 8 10 11) is mandatory.
- Experience in the stock broking industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A selfstarter with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of financial markets, risk metrics, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Skills: Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, CERA). Experience working with regulatory bodies like SEBI. Knowledge of RMS and data analysis & automation.
