We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive the development and management of key banking clients in Southeast Asia. This role requires strategic thinking strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to deliver tailored solutions in a fastpaced innovative environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Development:

    • Identify target and establish relationships with major banking clients in Southeast Asia.
    • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of regional banks.
  2. Solution Design & Delivery:

    • Analyze client pain points and requirements to deliver professional customized financial and technological solutions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to anticipate client needs and recommend cuttingedge offerings.
  3. Relationship Management:

    • Foster longterm strategic partnerships with clients to enhance satisfaction retention and loyalty.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders ensuring alignment of solutions with client goals.
  4. Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product R&D and operations to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
    • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure ontime highquality delivery.
  5. Market Intelligence & Reporting:

    • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks and share insights with the leadership team.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports client feedback and competitive intelligence to support decisionmaking.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background:

    • Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Finance Economics Business or related fields.
  2. Professional Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in business development client management or sales within the banking or fintech sector.
    • Strong networks within local and global banks as main customer.
  3. Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and client satisfaction.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building rapport with Clevel executives.
    • Analytical mindset to identify client needs and provide datadriven solutions.
    • Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a targetdriven environment.
  4. Technical Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with banking systems digital transformation trends and financial technology solutions is advantageous.
    • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within Southeast Asian financial markets.
  5. Language & Mobility:

    • Proficiency in English as a working language; Chinese is a strong plus.
    • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region to meet clients and oversee projects.
