Job Description
Job Summary:
- Salary: $3000 $4000
- Mon Fri; 8:30am 5:45pm
- Location: Toa Payoh
- Incentive
- AWS Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Organizing marketing activities and product demonstrations.
- Providing technical support to product representatives customers and contractors.
- Developing and executing sales strategy to reach sales targets.
- Identifying and prospecting potential customers.
- Providing accurate quotations negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Raise purchase requisitions and collecting payment from customers.
- Understanding and knowledge of the construction/building/architecture operating environment.
- Skills in material preparation small group presentations negotiation customer service and sales process management.
Additional Information:
- Min Diploma in Engineering/ Business
- Min 3 Years experience in Sales of Construction Materials
- Have technical knowledge on Access Floor Systems Precast Concrete Wall Systems Cladding Panel Systems Fire Protection System Acoustic Ceiling and Suspension Systems and Air purifying plaster.
