An established multidisciplined firm is looking to add a Lead Architect/Senior Architect with a focus on Industrial projects to their Dallas team! This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects to ensure budget schedule and scope requirements are met.
- Meet/exceed client expectations
- Coordinate staffing needs with the Project Manager including staffing needs responsibilities and project team members performance
- Ensure quality standards are met through tracking of project milestones/deliverables
- Prepare regular status reports
- Facilitate/document meetings with clients and staff
- Coordinate work of personnel vendors and consultants
- Assist with business development duties (client interviews/RFP responses)
- Assist with client contract negotiations
- Manage change requests/approve plan modifications
- Prepare accurate project invoices that align with work deliverables
- Manage account receivables
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering Interior Design or a related construction field
- Professional licensures preferred
- 8 years of experience in the AEC industry
- 5 years of experience working with clients
- Extensive knowledge of business management principles (strategic planning resource allocation leadership)
- Customer service experience (needs assessment quality standards customer satisfaction)
- Knowledge of design techniques/tools for producing technical plans drawings and models
- Knowledge of building methods materials and systems
Salary is commensurate with experience.
