Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders including distributors retailers and customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives in Egypt
Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance analysis to senior management.
Manage distributor agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions monitor distributor performance and implement strategies to enhance distributor efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide training and support to distributors to align their activities with company goals and standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaign and sales materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards.
Ensure sales records and systems including the organizations ERP system are maintained accurately and efficiently
Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Lead manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Coordinate with the manufacturing and trading operations teams to align sales requirements
Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and ensure accuracy in order processing and timely delivery to clients.
Contribute in strategic projects driving value creation and understanding implications of deployment
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management preferably in the retail business & bulk trade of beverages.
Knowhow of food commodities trade & distribution under Egypt legislations & markets

Strong understanding of the food commodities market in Egypt.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management preferably in the retail business & bulk trade of beverages.
