Job Description
Our client is searching for a Manager Enterprise Analytics. They are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving the health of our community. As a Manager Enterprise Analytics you will play a critical role in driving datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. You will lead a team of analysts to develop and implement innovative analytics solutions that support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Align the departments strategic initiatives with the organizations overall goals.
- Foster a datadriven culture by promoting the use of analytics tools and techniques.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards.

- Team Management:
- Recruit hire and develop a highperforming team of analysts.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Lead data analysis initiatives to uncover insights and trends.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.

- Data Infrastructure:
- Oversee the design development and maintenance of data infrastructure including data warehouses data lakes and data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance processes.

- Technology and Tools:
- Stay uptodate with the latest data technologies and trends.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives business leaders and technical teams.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics and information systems with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Python R Tableau Power BI) Experience with data warehousing data modeling and data governance Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to think critically and solve complex problems Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
