About the job


We are looking for dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executives with a background in the hotel industry to drive the adoption of our Property Management System (PMS). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of hotel operations and experience in selling software solutions tailored to the hospitality industry. They will focus on identifying customer needs presenting solutions and closing deals to grow our client base.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Identify and target prospective hotel clients including independent properties and chains.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking referrals and outreach.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct indepth needs analysis for hotels and demonstrate how the PMS aligns with their operational goals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations product demonstrations and proposals to decisionmakers (e.g. hotel owners general managers IT managers).
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on longterm customer relationships.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on hospitality industry trends challenges and technological advancements.
  • Understand competitors offerings and articulate the unique value proposition of the PMS.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales collateral case studies and promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hotel industry.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to represent the company and build a network.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales metrics pipeline status and forecast revenue.
  • Analyze sales performance and refine strategies for better outcomes.


Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry preferably selling PMS or other hotel technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g. Opera Protel Cloudbeds RMS).

Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations including front desk reservations and revenue management.
  • Insight into challenges hotels face and how technology can address them.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage leads and sales pipelines.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to deliver impactful demonstrations.
  • Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.



Preferred Attributes:
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales models and subscriptionbased pricing structures.





Minimum 5 7 years in hotel management or operations.
