Job Description
This is a remote position.
1) Execute a successful project management approach to track and review tasks to ensure timely and quality submission to clients while ensuring repeatable positive outcomes.
2) Support the development of implementation tools and resources including project plans project tracking tools internal status updates kickoff decks and related items required to meet planned golive dates.
3) Lead crossfunctional technical and nontechnical project teams. Ensure processes are followed and documented and meetings are executed efficiently to track towards timely implementations.
4) Proactively identify and escalate barriers to project success while developing contingency plans for any identified risks/ and/or barriers.
5) Utilize effective problemsolving skills to overcome both internal and external challenges.
6) Collaborate closely with the Solutions Design team to ensure IT and Operational workflows and requirements are documented and implemented timely.
7) Monitor and track all project plan tasks and client deliverables to ensure ontime delivery.
8) Develop strong internal coordination collaboration and communication (Solutions Design Product Customer Success and Engineering) to ensure systems and processes are established to meet specific requirements.
9) Become a subject matter expert on the Fold Health platform
10) Develop training materials and guides for internal and external stakeholders as well as delivering role specific customer training to assist with change management and encourage high utilization of the platform.
11) Continuously gather analyze and incorporate customer feedback in order to continuously improve processes methodologies and tools to ensure scalability efficiency and customer satisfaction.
12) Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers acting as a trusted strategic advisor to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for value realization.
13) Facilitate implementation meetings with external partners and clients.
Requirements
Remote East Coast preferred
Bachelor s degree from a fouryear college
6 years experience with program management project management or similar experience
5 years experience working in healthcare technology (EHR or EMR) valuebased provider group health system or health plan
3 years experience working in value based care and riskbased arrangements
Selfstarter skills who will work well on a team and employ strong communication skills to
manage project timelines and deliverables.
Detail oriented excellent prioritization and time management skills
Expertise partnering with internal departments to drive collaboration and results
Experience successfully designing implementing and managing large projects
including change management initiatives within healthcare provider organizations
Superior project management skills and an orientation to plan and organize work and teams
Ability to be successful in a fastpaced rapidly evolving startup environment while managing multiple projects / deliverables
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Word JIRA Smartsheet/Asana Salesforce and Powerpoint. Familiar with various HER s (athena EPIC Elation etc.).
Requires frequent travel client sites.
