Our client a topnotch company specialized in the ecommerce industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements through the new management system.
Lead the standardization of processes across departments to ensure efficiency scalability and compliance.
Conduct strategic reviews of current value streams and processes designing and implementing future state process maps for key functions in Commercial Services and Operations to facilitate effective scaling.
Provide leadership for postimplementation reviews to assess actual versus planned outcomes taking necessary actions to achieve desired results. Manage business transformation programs to ensure various projects meet expected outcomes providing regular updates to the Steering Committee.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management:
Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements deliver training and secure support for updated processes and value streams.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and system adoption throughout the organization.
Develop and execute a change management strategy to assist employees in adapting to new workflows.
Lead change management efforts working with crossfunctional teams to implement business transformation projects on time and within budget while ensuring high adoption rates among team members.
Mentor a team of business analysts in developing Management Systems for key departments.
Continuously identify opportunities for digital transformation within value chains using technology and data as enablers for significant business and financial outcomes.
Maintain a transformation roadmap with clear evaluation and prioritization frameworks.
Partner with HR and department heads to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Business Finance or closely related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience particularly in management consulting and digital transformation with proven expertise in methodologies such as value stream mapping Kaizen and Six Sigma.
Knowhow in change management frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter s 8Step Process is a plus.
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
Possess strong analytical skills communication and training skill set.
