You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAMI is looking for an ambitious and talented Regional Sourcing Consultant to be based preferably in Senegal on a contract basis. The main function of the Regional Sourcing Consultant is to drive sales and recruitment for AMI s business development programmes implementing and contributing to strategy for recruiting building relationships and enrolling leaders and entrepreneurs in AMI programmes. The Specialist will support the Sourcing & Activation team in delivering events materials and digital campaigns ensuring incoming and enrolled participants learning needs are met and manage customer contacts through a CRM system.
Sales and Recruitment:
Develop and execute a regional sourcing strategy to drive sales and recruit participants for AMI s Impact programs.
Identify and engage with potential candidates for the Aspire Stanford Seed Program and other AMI Impact programs.
Conduct outreach activities including cold calls emails networking events and social media engagement to generate leads.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including entrepreneurs business leaders industry associations and other relevant organisations.
Act as a liaison between AMI and prospective program participants providing detailed information about program benefits requirements and application processes.
Enrollment Management:
Manage the endtoend enrollment process from initial contact to program admission ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that attract highquality applicants.
Strategy Implementation:
Contribute to the development and refinement of regional recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and feedback from prospective participants to improve recruitment approaches continuously.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and applicant interactions in AMI s CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics progress towards targets and insights from the field.
Undergraduate degree in Business studies social science or any relevant course from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
5 years programme sales and business development experience
Experience related to business learning programmes.
Exceptional project management skills to monitor leads in the business development process from lead generation through to closure
Experience using Zoho or other CRM systems desired
Lead Generation and Conversion: Expertise in identifying nurturing and converting leads into successful enrollments or partnerships through effective strategic outreach.
Overcoming Objections: Skilled at addressing and overcoming objections with confidence turning challenges into opportunities and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Persuasion and Influence: Proven ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders to explore new ideas solutions and opportunities beyond their initial perspectives.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication abilities confidently engaging diverse audiences to build rapport and deliver impactful messages.
Relationship Building: Skillful at establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders industry partners and potential customers.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computer programs (e.g. MS Office) CRM systems digital marketing tools and social media platforms to facilitate communication and sales efforts.
Passion for Capacity Building: Deeply motivated by the opportunity to support business learning SME development and leadership training programs in Africa aligned with AMI s mission.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance.
