Job Description
As a Jr SW engineer your responsibilities are
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported by users and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching diagnosing troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Handle the fixes of issues independently
- Provide daily status report superiors and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Java and APIs
- Good knowledge of JSP XSLT Selenium Unit Testing
- Review support tickets perform RCA and find a solution.
- Insurance domain experience is an added advantage
- Should be able to manually test the application before releasing the ticket
- Test reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to selenium is an added advantage
- Should be confident to communicate and directly work with client stakeholders.
