The Customer Service team is dedicated to creating positive and impactful customer service experiences for our clients. At Rockmed we are grateful for the opportunity to help others and deliver quality ontime services. Rockmed is seeking a qualified candidate fulltime to start January 2025 or sooner.

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Pharmacy position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of a licensed pharmacy. This position is responsible for supporting the preparation of prescriptions and performing a variety of technical tasks all while maintaining compliance with legal requirements and pharmacy standards. Working under the supervision of a team lead or manager and in the presence of a registered pharmacist this role is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence within the scope of responsibilities permitted by law.

Position Duties:



Requirements

Experience/Education:

  • Two years of medical recordkeeping billing or experience within a related healthcare field is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience with QS1 and Docutrack software in a pharmacy setting preferred by not required.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred but not required.
  • Proof of Pharmacy Technician Registration (license not required) is required by the State of WI.
  • Previous experience in a LongTerm Care pharmacy is preferred but not required.
  • High School graduate or equivalent degree required.

Skills:

  • Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing with customers peers and managers.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail accurate typing excellent computer and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and be capable of prioritizing workflow requirements.

Experience/Education: Previous experience in a Long Term Care pharmacy is preferred, but not required. High School graduate or equivalent degree required. CPhT Certification highly preferred but not required. Skills: Proven experience, or demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and others. Ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing with customers, peers, and managers. Attention to detail, accurate typing, basic computer, and problem-solving skills.
