Job Description
Job Description: Restaurant Manager (Seafood Buffet)
Location:
Valadecia Rooftop Restaurant (6th Floor Parking Elevator Access)
Salary Range:
THB/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a 1500 sqm seafood buffet restaurant with a seating capacity of 300400 guests.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences are delivered consistently.
- Manage and lead a team including hiring training and scheduling staff.
- Monitor and maintain food quality safety and hygiene standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient buffet setups inventory control and timely replenishment of dishes.
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve financial targets including cost control and revenue maximization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers and stakeholders.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Thai nationality with proficiency in Chinese and English.
- 23 years of experience managing buffet restaurants preferably in a fivestar hotel environment.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage highcapacity restaurants and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Expertise in staff training performance management and creating a positive team culture.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and buffet restaurant operations.
