Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Assistant your primary objectives will be to build and nurture client relationships maintain accurate client records and promote our clients products and services effectively. Below is a detailed outline of your daytoday duties and responsibilities:
Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Building:
Build and strengthen client relationships to foster longterm partnerships and enhance customer loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Customer interactions happen facetoface at preallocated destinations across Arlington.
2. Client Record Management:
Maintain accurate client records ensuring that all contract updates renewals and relevant information are documented and updated regularly.
Keep track of client interactions feedback and preferences to personalize the customer experience and improve service delivery.
3. Product and Service Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients products and services including features benefits and pricing structures.
Match customers to the right products and services based on their needs and preferences utilizing your knowledge to upsell and crosssell additional offerings.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress share insights and identify opportunities for improvement in business operations.
Identify upsell crosssell and renewal opportunities and maintain consistent communication with the sales team to maximize revenue and customer retention.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
