Job Description

Our Client a top law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join our national Privacy Litigation team. This position is open to all of our offices with a preference for Los Angeles. Privacy litigation experience preferred (but not required).

Qualified candidates will have significant litigation experience including managing all elements of case workup and trial preparation. Strong legal research and writing experience including but not limited to the drafting of briefs complaints pretrial motions memoranda and discovery requests and significant knowledge and experience with federal state and international privacy laws a plus. Candidates will have immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated matters. Candidates should be able to offer practical advice have excellent academic credentials experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing communication and problemsolving skill. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition drive and teamorientation to help grow and support our national practice.
