About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the services industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead Mass Hiring efforts conduct CompetencyBased Interviews (CBI) and manage the full recruitment cycle. Additional experience in Employer Branding Organization Development and Personnel will be an advantage.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Lead Mass Hiring initiatives to support rapid growth and largescale recruitment projects.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing methods including job boards social media and referral programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct CompetencyBased Interviews (CBI) to assess candidates technical behavioral and leadership skills.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and optimize performance.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on hiring progress and market trends.
- Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews.
- Conduct thorough job analyses to identify the requirements responsibilities and expectations of each role.
- Regularly review and update job descriptions to maintain relevance and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective manpower plans to meet organizational goals.
- Create and maintain accurate and uptodate organizational charts that reflect current roles structures and reporting lines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven expertise in job analysis job descriptions and maintaining organizational charts.
- Demonstrated success in managing Mass Hiring projects and fullcycle recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with Organizational Development (OD) concepts and employee branding.
- Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent Microsoft Office including Visio skills.
