Position: Finance Manager
Location: Billingstad Oslo (hybrid 3 days onsite)
Salary:NOK 10% annual bonus Car Allowance & Fuel Card
About the Job
Were on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our client based in Billingstad Norway. Youll be leading the finance credit accounting and reporting activities ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets high standards. Youll also be the goto person for all audit requests and support for the Country Manager with financial insights and analysis. If youre ready to take charge and make a real impact this role is for you.
About You
Were looking for someone with:
- A Masters degree in Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance and credit preferably in an international setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop your team.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (Swedish is a plus!).
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Accountabilities
- Lead the local Finance team and develop their skills.
- Manage daytoday accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support the Country Manager with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Maintain and verify internal controls in line with SOX and other legislation.
- Manage credit cash collection and DSO to meet company targets.
- Oversee salary and HR administration.
- Advise sales and marketing teams on pricing and discount impacts.
- Coordinate with other functions including company car lease and payroll services.
