Answering these questions is our first step while providing exposure to 24 different sectors through a 3 year 21st century skills enabled STEAM Career Planning curriculum

Role Description
The HR and admin manager will play a key role in managing the HR function and providing administrative support towards building operational efficiency and effectiveness
Key Roles and Responsibilites
Administer onboarding and induction process
Assist HR Partner in timely payroll processing and salary disbursement
Ensuring compliance with labour laws and government regulations
Key Requirements Educational Qualification & Experience
Any Graduation with PostGraduation/MBA in HR preferable
2 4 years of experience in handling the HR Function at small/middle sized organisations
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and having knowledge of Kannada
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and juggle multiple priorities
Key Requirements Skills and Competencies
Energetic lively and passionate to work for a non profit
Strong relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated positive experience working in a similar role
Proven Problem solving abilities Interpersonal skills
Personal Knowledge and experience in NGO / Social / Developmental sector
Ability to set high goals for personal accomplishment
Ability to work in diverse teams and cultures
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills Word PowerPoint Excel etc.
