Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support to OPERATIONS PMO including design validations creations attending technical meetings with vendors support with SLAs review defining acceptance KPIs vendors solution review
1. Support with SLAs review defining acceptance KPIs vendors solution review.
2. Trouble ticket escalations to corresponding support organizations
3. Tracking of planned activities and notifications to predefined organizations
4. Coordination with external customers for planned activities
5. Information sharing with external customers impactful incident for each other
6. Design validations creations attending technical meetings with vendors
Technical Skills
1. Familiarity with wireless technologies including 2G 3G 4G 5G Core RAN UMTS and LTE.
2. Experience in managing information systems and/or operations.
3. Wireless experience (field operations or engineering).

Education Qualification BE/BTech in Electronics & Communication
