JD for the position of Branch SALES MANAGER
Reporting to: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Main Tasks
Plan daily /monthly sales activities for Sales Officers.
Daily monitoring of sales progress lead generation customer meetings closures. Achieve monthly sales volumes for MSME and cross sell products.
Hire train and maintain a Quality Sales Team
Collection responsibility for Soft Buckets.
Areas of Responsibility
Monthly/Annual Sales Volumes/Portfolio as per budget plan.
Responsible for metrics IRR ATS Insurance conversion
Responsible for cross sell targets.
Skill Sets
Unsecured Micro /small ticket /Biz loan Sales background.
LAP Sales experience ( not mandatory)
Local market knowledge about sectors / competitors products Team building& leading experience
