Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle FAW Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle FAW solutions ensuring alignment with business and financial reporting requirements.
  • Financial Data Integration (FDI): Oversee the integration of financial data from different systems (ERP HCM CRM) into Oracle FAW ensuring accurate timely and consistent data flow for financial analytics.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation: Develop data mappings and transformations between source systems and Oracle FAW to ensure proper data alignment and consistency.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Monitor and ensure the quality accuracy and integrity of financial data within Oracle FAW. Implement data governance policies to maintain compliance and consistency across financial datasets.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and optimize financial reports and dashboards using Oracle FAWs reporting capabilities. Work with business stakeholders to define and deliver actionable financial insights.
  • System Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of Oracle FAW including data load processes reporting and query performance. Identify opportunities to improve data integration and reporting workflows.
  • Collaboration with Finance Teams: Work closely with finance accounting and IT teams to understand business requirements provide technical guidance and deliver scalable and reliable solutions for financial reporting.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to users on Oracle FAW functionality and best practices. Offer ongoing support for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to financial data integration.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation related to the Oracle FAW setup data flows transformations and reporting configurations. Ensure thorough documentation for ongoing system maintenance and support.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Oracle FAW Knowledge: Proven experience with Oracle FAW including implementation configuration and customization of the solution for financial data integration and analytics.
  • Financial Data Integration (FDI): Strong experience integrating financial data from ERP systems (e.g. Oracle ERP Cloud SAP PeopleSoft) into Oracle FAW for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • SQL & Data Management: Advanced knowledge of SQL for data queries extraction and transformation processes. Experience in working with large datasets and ensuring data integrity.
  • Reporting & BI Tools: Experience with reporting and visualization tools within Oracle FAW or other BI platforms (e.g. Oracle BI Power BI Tableau) for creating financial dashboards and reports.
  • Financial Processes Knowledge: Understanding of financial processes such as general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable financial consolidation and financial reporting.
  • Data Mapping & ETL: Experience with data mapping extraction transformation and loading (ETL) techniques especially in the context of financial data.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills for addressing data discrepancies integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks while ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Oracle Financial Analytics Oracle Cloud certifications) are a plus.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other ETL tools.
  • Experience in agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and financial system integration in a cloud environment.
