About the Role
As an Assistant Storekeeper you will play a critical role in the supply chain operations supporting the Storekeeper in managing inventory ensuring the smooth flow of materials and maintaining the accuracy and organization of our storerooms. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help ensure our operations run smoothly and our guests experiences remain exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receipt and storage of goods ensuring they are organized and stored correctly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and provide reports to the management team.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Storekeeper of items requiring replenishment.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the storerooms.
- Ensure all inventory activities comply with health and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of inventories and audits as required.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility in working hours as required.
