Job Description

Tasks
- Managing and maintaining infrastructure services for Microsoft Windows (of course virtualization included)
- Handling system migrations and implementations of infrastructure upgrades (Microsoft Teams telephony cloud/hybrid migrations etc.)
- Providing installation integration administration and monitoring of network components such as WAN VLAN and LAN connectivity routers switches and firewalls
- Support and guidance for 1st line if needed
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role
- Strong knowledge of servers storage systems and network infrastructure
- Strong experience with Office365 and Azure
- Experience with Proxmox/VMware is an advantage
- Experience with Linux is nice to have but not a must
- Excellent English and very good Slovak knowledge
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A passion for technology and a willingness to keep learning and growing
