Victor Cab a leader in transportation and taxi services is looking for an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant. This remote role offers flexibility and growth.
Location: Remote (Tokyobased)
Schedule: Flexible; Parttime or Fulltime
Tasks
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Manage and update schedules.
- Process booking requests.
- Organize and maintain files.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Support daily operational tasks.
- Communicate with drivers and staff.
- Assist in invoicing and payments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
