PURPOSE:
We are looking for a temporary administrative assistant to complete general office administration duties.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing a variety of administrative assistance in the form of but not limited to scheduling meetings processing invoices preparing expense reports data entry drafting announcements and providing back up for counterparts. Will work closely with Executive Assistant.
- This is a sixweek engagement to assist with data entry into a Microsoft SharePointbased system. There is a possible opportunity for this to extend to a 6month contract with more typical admin duties. I Expense and Mark View are not necessary for the data entry engagement. This will be a hybrid position.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of Oracle iExpense (preferred)
Knowledge of MarkView (preferred)
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple and at times competing projects
