Job Description

Weezevent is the Europe leading provider for Online Ticketing Cashless Payment and Access Control solutions for live events of all kinds (festivals sports events conferences and others) and any size (Lollapalooza Rock Werchter Dour Formula 1 Club Brugge and many others). The flexibility of the Weezevent system makes it extremely user friendly and customisable to any type of event.

Founded in France in 2008 Weezevent won the Innovation Grand Prize of the City of Paris in 2010 followed by the European Innovation Award of the Fast 500 in 2014 rewarding the fastest high tech growing companies. After a recordbreaking 2017 Weezevent decided to expand its team to pursue an ambitious growth plan beyond the French borders. At present our team of over 100 people works in Belgium France Germany Switzerland Spain Portugal UK and Canada. Through our partners we operate as well in South America Africa and Asia.

Weezevent is looking a Client Success Manager (M/F based in Antwerp remote possible).

Tasks

As a Client Success Manager you will be the primary liaison between Weezevent and the event organisers. You will manage your projects from A to Z.

  • You will be responsible for creating and implementing a project plan for the delivery of the contracted services at the event.
  • You will manage the plan in coordination with the client event (typically a music festival promoter) and make all necessary adjustments as the project reaches its launch date.
  • You will ensure that the communication with the client is smooth all questions are answered and expectations met according to the agreements.
  • You will setup our software in order to achieve the ticketing access and/or cashless flow required by the client.
  • You will be responsible for the full preparation and logistics the buildup of our terminals at the event site the operations during the event the breakdown and the postevent operations.
  • After the event you will create reports and reviews followup with the client to ensure their satisfaction and trust with our solution. You will advise the client on how to improve and negotiate the commercial and operative conditions for the following implementations.
  • You will monitor our business sector and keep up to date with our solution and features.
  • You will report to our Head of Project Management.

We are looking for a profile to manage projects during the season from April to September.
