MW Partners is currently seeking a Content Strategist to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- The Client Digital Experience Marketing Team is looking for a Content Strategist to augment our team while one of its members is out on paternity leave.
- The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering innovative compelling content from guides to videos to web experiences and more and promotional campaign kits that will be used across our global demand programs.
- The role requires working crossfunctionally with portfolio marketing demand marketing product marketing communications web creative and other teams.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Content Strategy or similar experience
- B2B marketing experience desired
- Experience marketing customer experience / martech software a plus but not required
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Website content and journeys: Work closely with web program managers product SMEs writers and designers to articulate capabilities benefits features and use cases across product and solution pages on business.Client.com.
- Content strategy: Support the content strategy for various client Experience Cloud products including but not limited to client RealTime CDP and client Customer Journey Analytics. Partner with our Portfolio marketing team and campaign managers to ensure content is aligned with campaign strategy and activated in relevant channels.
- Strategic content development: Develop creative briefs that synthesize large amounts of information from industry trends to subject matter expert input to primary research into audiencecentric insights and stories that give our creative team the guidance they need to build compelling content. Partner with our creative studio and subject matter experts to review content for accuracy tone and visual appeal.
- Editorial: Excellent storytelling writing and editing skills. Ability to translate complex subjects into consumable customercentric content assets.
- Content management & enablement: Catalogue and distribute new content as it becomes available. Enable the broader marketing ecosystem to understand our strategy what content is available and how to use it.
