Barista

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring they enjoy a memorable coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages including espresso cappuccinos and specialty drinks.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
Operate coffee brewing equipment and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Process payments and handle cash accurately.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner fostering a positive environment.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
