Job Description
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Preferably bilingual speaker (Arabic & English).
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Assist with the daily running of the bar operation.
- Offer a quick and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standard.
- Ensure of high level hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Well presented, punctual and enthusiastic.
- Experience in high end standalone restaurant working environment.
- Pro-active, ability and multi-task, use own initiative, work under pressure.
- Team player with a positive mindset.
- Genuine passion for what they do, ability to engage in a warm friendly style.
