Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Frontend Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in web technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS and Angular frameworks a solid understanding of Fluent UI and a passion for creating accessible web applications. This role requires excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Web Development:
- Design develop and maintain highquality web applications using HTML CSS JavaScript React and Angular frameworks.
- Ensure crossbrowser compatibility and optimal performance of web applications.

Framework Expertise:
- Leverage strong knowledge of Fluent UI with React to build consistent responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Implement and maintain Redux for state management in ReactJS applications.

Web Accessibility:
- Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) to provide inclusive user experiences.

Problem Solving:
- Debug and resolve complex issues to ensure the smooth functioning of web applications.

Agile Development:
- Actively participate in Agile processes including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of handson experience with web technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS and Redux.
- Extensive experience with Angular framework.
- Proficiency in Fluent UI with React for designing UI components.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards.
- Advanced coding experience in HTML CSS AJAX and JavaScript.
- Excellent problemsolving and logical skills.
- Experience in Agile software development methodology.
- Strong communication skills and client interaction abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
