As a midsize creative marketing company we are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. We need someone to take full control of the planning development and execution aspects of our marketing campaigns. Creativity is essential to our company and we require our team members to work both strategically and creatively. If you have experience executing and managing successful marketing campaigns we d love to hear from you.
- Plan develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital print and social media for our clients.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as account management and creative to ensure marketing initiatives are wellcoordinated and aligned with overall client goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve revenue goals.
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in marketing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners vendors and other agencies.
- Perform both onpage and offpage SEO to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
- Execute and manage paid social ads for platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta.

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies with a focus on digital marketing.
- Excellent project management communication and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Experience with SEO and managing paid social ads on LinkedIn and Meta.

An ideal candidate will possess: At least 2 years of experience in marketing/ advertising/ production, or industry-related experience with a track record of exceeding assigned goals A personal vehicle in good condition Basic computer skills A willingness and desire to travel to industry-related events. A positive attitude and are a team player! Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and marketing. Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
