Our client is a company specialized in social media marketing who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Market Development and Identifying New Business Opportunities
Develop market strategies identify and exploit potential business opportunities in the media industry.
Seek out contact and build relationships with strategic partners brands and advertisers to expand BEAT Networks client portfolio.
Planning and Executing Sales Campaigns
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop business solutions that meet customer needs optimize customer experience and ensure the achievement of revenue KPIs.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients providing support and optimal solutions to enhance brand value for partners.
Report on performance and business metrics proposing measures to improve efficiency.
Market and Competitor Analysis
Collect and analyze market information assessing trends customer needs and competitor activities.
Propose strategies for product development and market approach to align with market growth and enhance the companys competitiveness.
Implementing Requirements from Department Head/ Company
Train team members in specialized skills.
Develop and manage the companys brand image.
Participate in the development and refinement of the company s products.
College graduate or Bachelor s degree in Communication Marketing or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in business development particularly in the media digital entertainment or online advertising sectors. Experience in agencies is preferred.
Fluency in spoken and written English is an advantage.
Indepth knowledge of advertising and digital media platforms along with current market trends.
Proficient in office skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities capable of building relationships and effectively handling conflicts.
Skilled in analytical tools reporting and capable of detailed budget planning.
Good project management and time management skills able to work under high pressure and achieve business objectives.
Flexible creative and innovative mindset proactive in work.
