Operate switchboard effectively handling all calls promptly and professionally greeting all callers according to Accor policy and transfer all calls to relevant departments responding to requests quickly and efficiently.
Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
Assist GSAs with guest checkins and checkouts ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Manage incoming calls during peak times allowing GSAs to focus on inperson guest interactions.
Qualifications :
Previous 12 years of experience working in a similar role or hotel outlets is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera Cloud.
