Job Description
As an Infrastructure Engineer you will assist in defining requirements designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design data center technology components.
Assist in the implementation and deployment of data center infrastructure solutions.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of data center components to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of data center systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in data center technologies.
Assist in the documentation of data center architecture and design.
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of data center infrastructure.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design.
Strong understanding of data center technologies and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing data center infrastructure solutions.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies and their application in data center environments.
Familiarity with storage networking and server technologies.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
Experience in scripting and automation.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design.
This position is based in Gurugram.
A 15 years fulltime education is required.
