Job Description
Total 10 years of experience with more than 4 years experience in test lead role.
Has experience in preparing test plan strategy estimates. Should be able to explain components of test plan.
Has good experience in system and integration testing.
Strong in testing process and used ALM / ADO for test management reporting.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stakeholders and good in communication articulation.
Able to demonstrate test lead experience tracking of deliverables status reports metrics from previous projects.
Proven experience in UFT automation tool for more than 5 years
Hands on experience in Peoplesoft Financials
Basic Knowledge in Java DevOps
Ability to lead and monitor testing tasks to closure.
Participate in project meetings to understand functional and nonfunctional requirements and create test strategy.
Integrate client feedback and ensure deliverables are according to agreed specifications.
Participate in defect triages using knowledge of test execution process test requirements and business criticality Knowledge and experience with SDLC lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of working with projects that follow Agile model/ methodologies.
Should have strong coordination communication & reporting analytical skills. Should have Strong leadership skills.
Work in 2PM IST to 11PM IST shift.
