Job Description
We are seeking a parttime Commis Chef to join our team immediately and provide efficient friendly and professional service to all of our lounge guests. We have an opportunity available in our al la carte and buffet environments.
All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.
- Trade qualification in Cookery and experience in a similar role
- Detailfocused with the ability to deliver consistently highquality food under pressure
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of a wide range of cooking methods and techniques
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
- Flexible availability to work a rotating roster including morning afternoon weekends and public holidays
Qualifications :
Experience with culinary education knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. The ability to work in a fastpaced commercial kitchen. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
MUST have full working rights within Australia Ability to pass a federal police background security check
