Job Description

Your mission

As
Product Support & QA Specialist
you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This role bridges the gap between the development team product management and endusers focusing on Quality Assurance (QA) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting internal teams with productrelated queries and production issues. You have a keen eye for detail enjoy solving problems and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and bug fixes.
  • Conduct functional regression and integration testing to ensure software quality and stability.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
  • Report bugs and issues with detailed documentation and follow up on resolutions ensuring proper tracking in issue management tools like JIRA.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Coordinate and support UAT sessions with endusers ensuring that the product meets user requirements and expectations.
  • Create UAT test scenarios scripts and manage test data. Work closely with stakeholders to validate business requirements gather feedback and ensure any defects are resolved before the product release.
  • Document UAT results and provide feedback to the development and product teams.

Internal Support for Production Issues

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal teams regarding productrelated queries and production incidents.
  • Investigate troubleshoot and document production issues working with the development team to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to stakeholders regarding the status of ongoing support issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update support documentation including knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides for common product issues.

Your profile

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in QA UAT or product support roles within a software product development environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and plans.
    • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. JIRA).
    • Understanding of APIs databases and basic SQL for querying data (nice to have).
    • Experience with debugging tools and logs to assist in troubleshooting production issues.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think analytically and critically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a passion for delivering highquality products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams while managing time effectively across multiple tasks.
